In this 60-minute session, Leslie Rollins will review your personal health history and birth plans, clarify your unique breastfeeding goals, and build a tailored prenatal roadmap that sets you up for success from day one. You’ll learn positioning drills and latch-prep exercises to practice ahead of time, explore evidence-based supply-support strategies (including hand-expression techniques and nutrition tips), and have every question answered—from pump basics to comfort measures—so you feel confident, prepared, and supported before your baby even arrives.
Initial Breastfeeding Consult
IOver a 1–2 hour deep-dive, Leslie provides hands-on coaching and clinical assessment to optimize your latch, milk transfer, and comfort. Together you’ll perform a full feeding observation—complete with pre- and post-feed weights—evaluate breast and oral anatomy, and troubleshoot any challenges such as tongue-tie, nipple pain, or low supply. By the end, you’ll receive a clear, step-by-step care plan with actionable strategies (from compression techniques to galactagogue guidance) that’s tailored to your dyad’s needs and designed to foster bonding, increase confidence, and improve outcomes.
Follow-Up Consult
As your baby grows and feeding patterns evolve, our 45-minute Follow-Up Consult keeps you on track with personalized adjustments and ongoing support. Leslie will reassess your progress, perform weighted feeds if needed, and refine your care plan—whether that means tweaking positioning, addressing cluster feeding, or managing supply fluctuations. You’ll also gain practical advice for upcoming milestones (like introducing solids or planning weaning), ensuring continuous, evidence-based guidance and the reassurance that you’re never alone on this journ
